ABOUT

Lucid Lane is a telehealth platform that enables real-time interventions for people with medication dependence and substance-use disorders. The mobile and web-based platform is dedicated to provide remote patient monitoring and connection to dedicated therapists on a daily basis.

PROJECT

To develop a platform that patients and therapists would use daily for those dependent on opioids, benzodiazepines, alcohol, and nicotine through the use of tapering management, on-call counselors, health check programs, sessions and reporting. The patient portal was the first of its kind for Lucid Lane in their early stages of development. It needed to be a very intuitive and inviting platform where patients would feel comfortable and easy to interact with to see their progress. It also served as the main portal for communication between the therapist and patients in their road to recovery.
